Shatonna Nelson is an esteemed executive strategist, crisis manager, and multifaceted professional. From being a celebrity and political consultant to executive producer, and inclusion educator, Shatonna is uniquely influential in all aspects of intercontinental life-music, television, business investments, civil rights, philanthropy, and anti-human trafficking advocacy. In 2022 she was honored to receive the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the Biden Administration and in 2019 she was awarded the Yellow Rose of Texas from Governor Greg Abbott. Houston Women of Houston in 2022 and Pulse Magazine awarded her with the Serial Entrepreneur Award in 2023.

Shatonna's own company Finest Hour PR Firm has worked with some big names-Jermaine Dupri, Ahmaud Arbery's Family, Representative Sheila Jackson Lee and The Obama Administration, Deion Sanders, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson -and they were even recognized as the top media company in the southern region. She is also a member of several diversity and inclusion driven organization such as Forbes the Culture, ForbesBLK, National Action Network, NAACP, and Women of the Movement.

Aside from being a high-performance coach counseling C-level executives on workforce culture and taking fortune 500 companies to new levels of growth and profitability - Shatonna has also established her own non-profit called the Shatonna J. Nelson Foundation which provides educational resources and financial aid to marginalized communities.
