Sean Smith is clearly developing a signature visual style, “Take Some Time For Yourself” is a contrasting and evocative coming-of-age film that captures the raw essence of growing up in a rapidly changing world. Set against the backdrop of his home the film follows the transformation of The BlackSon, a 20 something rapper with real life responsibilities, as he navigates the labyrinthine challenges of Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, and Societal Expectations.
